  3. Read 2 Timothy 1:7. What do you think Paul means by a sound mind?
  4. Tim mentioned that the Key to a sound mind is found in Romans 8:5-8. Read Romans 8:5-8 what does it say about a mind governed by the spirit?
  5. What are some ways you need to remove your mind from darkness?
  6. How can you direct your mind to things it needs to think about? Tim suggest reading 3 chapters of scripture each day and 4 on Sundays. Is there any other habits you have found helpful?
