WHAT'S A MINISTRY TEAM?
A Ministry Team is a group of amazing people that have discovered their purpose and passion and are actively serving in those directions. From creating a comfortable experience by serving on the Welcome or Hospitality Team, to serving kids or students in Next Gen Ministry, to cleaning or organizing our church facility through Janitors for Jesus or Chair Ministry, to impacting our communities across the city by leading a Small Group or partnering with the Discover Center—we embrace each person with the life-changing grace and truth of Jesus.
How to Join a Ministry Team
Take the next step to getting involved by discovering your purpose and developing your leadership. Our process is meant to connect to you who we are as a church, help you see who God made you to be by uncovering your God given gifts, and develop your leadership here at NewLife Church for His glory.
Step 1: Come to Starting Point
We encourage each person to stop by one of our Starting Point gatherings on the 1st Sunday of the month following morning service. This will help you to connect with our leadership in a casual setting, hear the mission and vision of our church and learn how we might partner together to bring the fingerprint Jesus to our community!

We have a great opportunity to each contribute to what God is doing at NewLife. To see the needs and share your interest in learning more about contributing in a certain area fill out the form on the next page. Once contact is made and both sides are satisfied, then you can begin serving!
